Parameter Description
hccid My LiveChat ID of your account. This ID is assigned to your account when it is originally created.
WidgetStartPos The position where the Chat widget will initially appear.
Possible values: topleft, topcenter, topright, middleleft, middlecenter, middleright, bottomleft, bottomcenter,bottomright
WidgetPosition The position where the Chat widget will float to and remain visiable to the visitor.
Possible values: middlecenter, float randomly, topleft, topcenter, topright, middleleft, middleright, bottomleft, bottomcenter, bottomright
WidgetOffsetX The relative position from the left edge of the viewable browser window.
Possible values: A number
WidgetOffsetY The relative position from the top edge of the viewable browser window.>
Possible values: A number
WidgetHoverOffsetX The relative position from the left edge of the viewable browser window when mouseover.
Possible values: A number
WidgetHoverOffsetY The relative position from the top edge of the viewable browser window when mouseover.
Possible values: A number
WidgetBodyPadding Body padding.
WidgetOnlineImage The image of chat widget when agents are online.
Possible values: 1 to 3, custom
WidgetOfflineImage The image of chat widget when agent is offline.
Possible values: 1 to 3, custom
WidgetHoverOnlineImage The hover image of chat widget when agents are online.
Possible values: 1 to 3, custom
WidgetHoverOfflineImage The hover image of chat widget when agent is offline.
Possible values: 1 to 3, custom
WidgetOnlineImageUrl The image url of chat widget when agents are online.
