Why training matters
Out of the box, the AI knows nothing specific about your business. Five minutes of training turns it from a generic chatbot into a real product expert.
Step-by-step
- In the dashboard, open AI -> Training.
- Click Add source and paste your website URL. We crawl up to 50 pages by default.
- Add your FAQ page, pricing page, and any docs you want the AI to ground in.
- Click Build — training takes 30-60 seconds for a typical small-business site.
- Test in the preview pane on the right. Ask things a real customer would ask.
