Is the free plan really free, with no time limit?
Yes — no credit card, no trial countdown, no "your trial expires in N days" emails. The free plan covers 1 live agent and unlimited chats forever. Upgrade only when you need more seat coverage, longer history retention, or an AI billing path.
What happens when managed AI usage gets close to the limit?
Managed AI surfaces reply-allowance warnings in the dashboard and guides the customer to either move up plan or add the next 1,000 replies. Own-Key AI usage is monitored in your own OpenAI account.
Do you charge per agent seat?
Live chat plans are packaged by seat range: Free and Starter include 1 agent, Basic covers 2 to 4 seats, Corporate covers 5 to 9, and Enterprise starts at 10+. Own-Key AI is billed separately at $15/AI agent/month.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, both directions. Upgrade is instant; the difference is prorated to your next billing date. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual billing — what's the actual saving?
Monthly self-serve pricing is shown on this page. Annual invoicing and larger custom agreements are available for teams that need procurement paperwork or contract terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe and PayPal balance. Annual invoicing and bank transfer are available for larger plans — ask sales.
